Survey responses are now part of the Sources → Inbox workflow.

Previously, each survey response was treated as feedback and appeared directly in Feedback → Inbox.

Now, raw survey responses will first land in Feedback → Sources, alongside other feedback sources like video calls and emails.

This is another step in our ongoing transition where:

• Raw inputs live in Sources

• Olvy AI extracts actionable feedback from them

• Extracted feedback is logged separately in Inbox

For now, newly received survey responses will be stored in Sources. AI-powered feedback extraction from survey responses is coming soon 🚀

Don't worry - existing survey responses will remain in Inbox and continue to behave as feedback.
