Instead of fixed input fields, each survey is now built around a structured set of questions, making the setup clearer and more intuitive.

• Question 2: A contextual follow-up question that adapts based on the rating:

This new experience applies to newly created survey widgets. Your existing survey widgets will continue to work exactly as they do today.

This lays the foundation for fully customizable survey questionnaires, with support for custom questions and additional question types coming soon.
