We’re continuing to simplify how workspace administration works across Olvy - so team access, limits, and invites are easier to understand and manage in one place.

📦 Clearer team limits by plan

Team member limits are now simpler and more consistent across the app, based on Builder seats. This makes it easier to plan access without guessing what’s allowed:

• Free: 1 Builder

• Essentials: 3 Builders

• Business: 10 Builders

🔐 Builders by default for new teammates

To keep roles straightforward, new teammates are now added as Builders by default so they can get started right away. Existing Viewers stay as-is, and you can upgrade them anytime.

👥 Team + Invites, together

We’ve combined the Team and Invites pages into a single Team area, so you can manage members and send invites from one place—less switching around, faster admin.

✉️ SMTP configuration moved to Integrations

SMTP email setup has moved from Changelog settings to the Integrations menu. This keeps email configuration alongside other integrations and makes it easier to manage. After setting it up, you can choose that SMTP address as the sender for Changelog subscriber notification emails.

Note: enabling SMTP counts toward your plan’s allowed integrations, and support for using the same SMTP setup across more Olvy modules (like Feedback and Messenger) is coming soon.

🧭 Cleaner, faster Messenger settings navigation

The Messenger settings page now has a familiar left-hand menu (similar to Changelog settings). This lets you jump to the right section faster with less scrolling.
