We’ve improved the experience of scheduling releases in your changelog.
Earlier, there was a single Schedule Release option where you selected a date and time. Depending on whether that date was in the past or future, Olvy would automatically decide whether to schedule the release or publish it as backdated.
It worked - but it made users think a little harder than necessary.
So we simplified it.
✨ Two Clear Options
The scheduling step now has two separate actions:
Schedule for Later - publish your release at a future date and time
Backdate Release - publish now but assign a past date (great for documenting older updates)
This makes the intent much clearer and removes the guesswork. Smoother release publishing 🚀
🛠️ Bug Fixes
Feedback submission fixed - Users can now submit feedback from the changelog page or manually create new feedback directly within Olvy without issues.
Changelog email links corrected - If a workspace custom domain is removed, release notification emails will now correctly link to the default changelog URL instead of the old custom domain.
