We now capture these details in the background, but they aren’t visible in the Messenger UI yet. You’ll see them show up in the chat soon.
đź”” Unread reminders (for both sides)
No more missed conversations. If a message sits unread for 2 hours, we’ll send an email reminder.
Team notifications: Assignees can get notified when a user message hasn’t been read (enable it in Notification settings under your profile).
User notifications: Users can also get notified when a team reply hasn’t been read on their side.
🎨 Messenger UI refresh
A cleaner, more helpful widget experience - less digging, more doing.
New home screen: Configurable title/subtitle, plus quick entry cards for “Send us a message” and “Release Notes”.
Improved conversation list: Open/Resolved badges, AI-generated titles, a clearer row layout, and chat icons.
Release Notes inside Messenger: Show your existing public changelog (categories, projects, images) right in the widget, with an opt-out toggle in Messenger settings.
Layout fixes: Cleaned up spacing and padding issues across cards and message threads.
