Hello everyone 👋

You can create issues on your project management tool like Linear, Jira, or Clickup from your user feedback on Olvy. We received a lot of feedback on how it was difficult to keep a track of these user issues/tickets on Olvy (When we created an issue for it in our Olvy workspace, we understood what our users were saying 😬).

We are excited to announce the release of the latest version of Issues on Olvy with several new changes and improvements to enhance your user experience. Here are some of the key features and enhancements included in this release:

Restructured navigation area

  • Improved Search Experience

We have moved the search bar to the top of the page to make it more accessible and user-friendly. Additionally, you can now use the forward slash (/) to initiate a search quickly and easily.

  • Efficient Issue Filtering:

To help you manage your projects better, we have introduced tabs at the top of the page that allow you to filter issues quickly. This makes it easier to find the specific issues that you need to work on.

You will see the classification into following sections:
    - All (all issues),
    - Active (backlog, todo, in progress),
    - Done,
    - Ready to broadcast (done but you've not send an update),
    - Pass (issues marked as passed)

Grouped Issues by Status:

We have introduced a new feature that groups issues by status, allowing you to see which issues are in progress, which ones are complete, and which ones require attention. This feature helps you to prioritize your work more effectively.

The lifecycle order followed is: No Status, Backlog, Todo, In Progress, Done, Cancelled.

Kanban-style Project Board View:

We have added a new view to our platform that displays issues in a Kanban-style board. You can switch between list view and project board view for issues, depending on your preferences. This view makes it easy to visualize the progress of your project and track the status of each issue. Additionally, you can drag & drop an issue to change its status, making it easier to update issues as you work on them.

We hope that these changes and improvements will help you to be more productive and effective in your work.

As always, we welcome your feedback and suggestions for future improvements here.

That's it for now, see you in the next update 👋
