🔧 Bug Fix: API Key User Role Assignment

Previously, when creating an API key, the system wouldn’t assign a role to the newly created user (agent), limiting access to only fetch-type GraphQL APIs. We’ve fixed this! ✅ Now, API key users will be automatically assigned the “Builder” role, ensuring they have the right access from the start. 🔑
