Sources (like imported video calls) and the actual feedback extracted from them are now treated separately.
What’s new:
Sources → Raw inputs (e.g., video call imports)
Inbox → Processed, structured feedback extracted by Olvy AI
This means:
Imported videos live under a new Sources section
Extracted feedback appears in the Inbox, enriched and ready to use
For now, Sources includes video imports - more sources like emails, support chats, reviews, and surveys coming soon.🚀

The Releases page now shows your Jira sync status.

If Jira integration is enabled, you’ll clearly see whether Version Sync is active — so you know exactly what to expect when a version is released in Jira.

We fixed an issue where duplicate entries were being created for the same user in Workspace contacts.
This led to inflated subscriber counts and inconsistencies at other places.
