We've given the Feedback Inbox a small refresh to make it cleaner and easier to navigate.

Highlights include:

• Reduced clutter on the Feedback Details page by moving less-used actions into the overflow menu

• Participants now appear on the right pane, consistent with the Sources experience

• Auto-generated feedback titles and descriptions can now be edited directly in place

• On Inbox listing cards

  • Status display and status changes are consolidated into a single action

  • Creator information has been repositioned for better readability

  • The field selector now lets you hide descriptions for a more compact Inbox view

🛠️ Fix: Survey Responses in Sources

We fixed an issue where Rating and NPS survey responses in Feedback → Sources would only display the accompanying text response, while the actual score was missing.

Now, Source details correctly surface both the Rating/NPS value and the user's written response.

This issue was introduced during our recent Inbox and Sources restructuring.
