We've upgraded how Olvy processes incoming email feedback.

Previously, email threads weren't always reconstructed correctly in Feedback → Sources, making it harder to follow the full conversation.
Now, Olvy intelligently rebuilds the entire email thread while preserving the original language and message content.

The Email Source Details page has a refreshed UI for easier reading and navigation
You can now review the full context of customer conversations without leaving Olvy.
🎥 Video Call Feedback: More Control Over Extraction
We've separated Participant Mapping and Feedback Extraction into two distinct steps.

Previously, feedback extraction would start automatically as soon as participant mappings were saved. Now, you can review and save participant mappings first, then trigger feedback extraction when you're ready.
This creates a clearer distinction between data preparation and AI analysis, giving you more control over the workflow and making it easier to verify participant information without necessarily triggering feedback extraction immediately.
This separation lays the foundation for more flexible automation and processing controls across feedback sources in the future.
