Why

In this release, we addressed a crucial issue reported by one of our customers regarding the logging of feedback through the dedicated email address in Olvy. The customer discovered that their feedback was not being recorded in Olvy as expected. After debugging, we identified that the feedback logging feature was functioning correctly only when the Olvy email address was positioned first in the list.

What

To resolve this issue and enhance the functionality of the feedback collection process, we have implemented a fix. Now, regardless of the position of the Olvy email address in the list, all feedback received through the dedicated email address will be accurately logged and reflected in Olvy. This improvement ensures that every piece of feedback shared by customers via email is captured and stored effectively within the Olvy platform for further analysis and action.
