Email feedback just got a major upgrade.

Previously, incoming emails were logged directly as feedback and then enriched with sentiment, keywords, and other insights.

Now, emails follow the same Sources → Inbox workflow we've been building across Olvy.

What's changed?

• Raw emails now land in Feedback → Sources

• The original email is preserved as-is

• Olvy AI analyzes the email and extracts actionable feedback

• Extracted feedback is logged into Inbox and enriched with sentiment, keywords, and more

This creates a cleaner separation between raw feedback sources and structured feedback insights.

We introduced this model earlier for Video Calls, and now it's live for Emails too.

🛠️ Fix: Video Call Filter

We fixed an issue on the Feedback → Sources page where the Filter by Video Call dropdown only showed videos in a Completed state.

The filter now correctly lists all imported, non-deleted video calls, regardless of their processing status.
