Feedback Title Generation

After fetching feedback from your automated sources, it automatically generates titles, making it effortless for you to navigate through and locate specific feedback. Moreover, you have the flexibility to rewrite these titles according to your preferences, which will train Olvy AI to adopt your organization's language and personalize your workspace AI.

Starts by analyzing feedback with Olvy Analyzer, select the most relevant feedback and click 'Create Issue' (learn more)
Once you click on ‘Generate using AI’, Olvy AI springs into action. It generates both the description and title for your issue.
You can then further refine the text to perfectly suit your requirements. When you're satisfied, simply click "Create Issue," and you're done.
After successfully analyzing feedback and providing context to your product teams through Issues, it's time to notify your users and close the loop on user feedback. Olvy simplifies this essential step by integrating with your sources to fetch feedback and promptly notify your users. Once you open Olvy's Chat UI, you will find options in the chat box where you can generate a message with a click with the user’s context. You can select the type of message you want to generate & let Olvy AI do it’s magic.
Once generated, you can select certain text to re-write it. You can do so by selecting text and clicking on an appropriate option from the ones provided in the chat box.
Once finalized, click on the Send button and boom! Your feedback loop has been completed!

You can also generate broadcast message with your Changelog and notify users personally as you publish your changelog.
