Hello everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹

We are excited to announce that we supports Clickup now. Olvyโ€™s ClickUp Integration allows you to create tasks directly from Olvy, attach relevant feedback with every task and inform users once those tasks are completed.

Setting up Clickup Integration

  1. Head over to Workspace Settings > Integrations.

  2. Here youโ€™ll see a list of integrations and once you find Clickup, authorise your ClickUp Workspace with Olvy. Remember to select only one workspace as olvy supports only one ClickUp workspace for an Olvy workspace.

  3. Once the integration is done, you can configure your ClickUp workspace if you want to map custom statuses of your spaces with the statuses in Olvy.

  4. If the configuration is not done for a space, then all the statuses except the โ€˜Doneโ€™ will be mapped by default to To do status in ClickUp & โ€˜Doneโ€™ will be mapped to the status with the type closed in your space.

  5. Once you're done with mapping your statuses, now you can start creating tasks and attach relevant feedback with those tasks from Olvy via 'Create Issue'.

  6. You will find these tasks on your Clickup workspace with a link that directs to all the relevant feedback collected on Olvy.

Creating Tasks with Olvy

Once you find some users talking about the same thing, you can club their feedback and attach them to create a ClickUp task from Olvy and pass this context to your team with the task created via Olvy.

You can make your desired changes on ClickUp or on Olvy and work seamlessly.

Once these tasks are resolved, you can move over to announcements to inform users. Here, you can send an announcement to multiple users and to various sources attached to this task from Olvy, all in one click.

Summing up, Olvyโ€™s ClickUp Integration helps you with -

  1. Transferring context to the product and engineering teams.

  2. Keeping track of the progress all in one place.

  3. Seamlessly work between both workspaces and leverage both tools.

  4. Inform Users and make announcements once these tasks are resolved.

๐Ÿ› We've also pushed a lot of small bug fixes and improvements.

  1. Added type field in create feedback form. Now you can classify the feedback based on type while creating it.

  2. Added more source filters on users page. You can now filter users who were added via various integrations.

  3. Added an icon in users table to indicate if a user is subscribed to your releases.

  4. Added a default message in the Release note broadcast message input to help you get started with it.

  5. Fixed a bug where the broadcast message tab in release note editor didn't show the subject field.

  6. Fixed a bug where the added Via column wasn't displaying the source of user on users page.

  7. Other minor bug-fixes.
