All changelog-related settings now live under the Changelogs menu (instead of the workspace Settings).

With this, we’ve now completed our navigation cleanup for changelogs. Releases, Widgets, Analytics, Settings - everything you need is now in one place. No more hunting around!

🎥 Retry Video Transcription

When you import a customer video call to feedback, sometimes video would get stuck while transcribing and there was no way to retry.

Now there is.

If a transcription fails or times out, you can simply retry it and continue extracting feedback without starting over.

🛠️ Fix: Subscriber Count Accuracy

We fixed an issue where deleted users were being counted in changelog analytics.

Subscriber counts now reflect only active users - as they should.
