Managing large volumes of user feedback can become difficult and locating the right feedback when you need it can be daunting, but we are here to ensure that no user goes unheard!

In addition to unifying your user feedback and providing insights with Olvy AI Copilot, we are thrilled to share a feature announcement and enhancements to Olvy’s Feedback Feed.

Introducing, ✨ Ask Olvy — Search or ask Olvy a question about what your users think about your product areas, and it will highlight relevant feedback from your repository and provide a meaningful summary to help you take action faster.

Ask Olvy

To Ask Olvy a question, all you need to do is click on "Search or Ask" or hit the shortcut ⌘ + F to activate the search, add a question mark (?) at the end of your query to ask a question and find relevant feedback.

Once asked, Olvy AI will show you feedback relevant to your question and generate an insightful summary to share with your team or analyze further with Olvy AI Copilot. If you're unsatisfied with the summary, you can regenerate as you like.

Keyword Highlight

To enhance your reading experience, we're introducing keyword highlights. These highlights will identify and emphasize relevant keywords based on your query or keyword search, enriching your feedback feed and facilitating faster reading and comprehension.
